First of all, being gay or lesbian isn't a choice. You don't wake up and say "today, i'm gay!" It's a feeling. As being transgender. Second, surgery for changing your sex isn't dangerous as other surgery can be, they don't risk their life. The pills they took are supervised by doctor. I can't believe how you can speak like that. If trans feel like this and need to change sex for being happy, respect that. Let them being happy, and don't call them ill for that. I wish someone of your family will be trans, so you could understand.
